The evaluation of a childcare establishment is one of the most important documents that a setting must produce. Although Ofsted no longer require a Self-Evaluation Form (SEF), an evaluation process must be in place in order for owners, nominated persons, managers and staff to be aware of what works well within the curriculum, what needs improving and how these improvements can be made; most importantly, do the safeguarding policies and procedures work, are all of our children, staff and visitors safe. We will help you develop and write an informative and practical evaluation plan that can be embedded in to your setting.
