      A seasoned International Montessori practitioner and accomplished Setting Manager with a proven track record in early years recruitment, Niki is passionate about childcare and inspiring childcare professionals to improve their practice.

      Consultant

      A qualified teacher since 2002 with 10 years of teaching experience, Ben’s journey into childcare started with his opening of highly respected afterschool and holiday clubs before running successful nurseries.
