    DWM Early Years Consultants provides owners, managers and practitioners with up to date, practical and realistic support and advice. We work closely with managers and their teams in order to achieve a common vision for each setting. If you need up to date training on recent legislation, practical advice and support with attainable targets, realistic and ongoing advice and support with achievable outcomes, our DWM Early Years Consultants are able to help.

  • What Do We Do?

    As a company we thrive on our want and need to improve the quality of childcare and education. We have a wide range of experiences within the early years sector; this includes, primary education, delivery of the EYFS and Montessori. We have worked with a large number of childcare and education settings, offering practical and realistic advice on all areas of running a high achieving nursery and pre-school. We offer help and support with any aspects in running a childcare business, from initial start up to an established setting. We have a huge amount of experience in raising standards of a setting that has been judged inadequate/room for improvement, or has been given a welfare requirement by Ofsted
